About the
Civil and Public Service Artists (CPSA)
The Association of Civil Service Art Clubs was formed in
1930 to encourage the practice and appreciation of fine
and applied crafts.
In the year 2000, the Association of Civil Service Art
Clubs (ACSAC) joined up with the Civil Service
Retirement Fellowship to hold jointly a Millennium
Exhibition. This was hugely successful event.
The upshot was that in 2001, the Civil and Public
Service Artists was formed (CSRF continues to exist in
its own right) to replace ACSAC.
The CPSA is open to all people over the age of 16 years
regardless of whether they work or have worked in the
public sector or civil service. |
